How does Energize work?

You start by filling out a eating habits questionnaire, 24 hour food diary, lifestyle and personal questionnaire and send this information via email to Energize. Energize will then analyse this information and send you your own personalised plan including; - what calories, fat, carbohydrates and proteins you should be consuming on a daily basis in comparison to what your current diet shows. Energize will also analyse how many calories you are burning off each day and how many you should be aiming to reach. Information, goals and targets are sent to you to help you reach your desired weight.

How much will it cost and what does this price include?

The price of the analysis is a one of payment of £20 with no joining fee or other charges. This price includes;- your starter pack of dietary information and analysis sheets, analysis of your diet and life style (comparing your current behaviours and what your personal recommendations consist of), information sheets to get you started, and personal weight loss goals and recommendations.

How much weight will I lose and how soon?

The fact of the matter is, if it took you two years to put it on, unfortunately, you’re not going to lose weight over night. Have you been a yo-yo dieter? You lose weight and then gain it again? This is because you’ve lost too much weight too quickly. If you aim to lose 2-3lbs per week- it will give your body enough time to adjust and the weight will stay off.

Is it easy to follow and adhere to?

It’s very easy to follow- there is no set eating plan and no forbidden foods it is all about getting the balance of macronutrients correct in order to lose weight. Did you know that each person has a set amount of fats, carbohydrates, proteins and calories they should eat each day. This is very individual and it is dependent on your age, gender, fitness level, lifestyle, weight and height.
